Workshop: Unlearning Internalized Misogyny Through Mindfulness

We’ll explore the ways our minds have been conditioned in patriarchy to believe we aren’t enough, strive to be perfect, lose ourselves in others (“othering”), and learn specific mindfulness practices to gain inner stability and build trust in our authentic selves. No prior experience in mindfulness is necessary.

Foundation Class 

In this 10 session class we’ll learn the basic principles and methods of mindfulness, and apply them to the habits of “othering” in order to restore connection with our trustworthy and wise authentic self. For new and experienced meditators. Includes the Day of Mindfulness Retreat on Saturday, November 23.
